Since 2019, WP Tutor Scheme had started. We gave up the old “teach and learn” office style but to build a learn and grow together mode for our team.
In 2020, the scheme had reached all refinements according to different department needs and we have as well built the whole scheme into detail, and hence a talent selection standard is actualized.
From 2021 and onwards, we have finalized the scheme into an efficient tool with simplest process, which brings us finer team players!
